Our diced brasing steak consists of diced flank steak. This is very lean and makes a brilliant beef stew. Our Flank steak is sourced from Aberdeen as this is where some of the best British beef is. We would only sell our customers what we here at Michael Hart & Sons would eat ourselves at home. Anything that doesn't make the standard we simply do not sell.
